About these terms

Sahayak (https://postsahayak.com) is run by Kush Bhatnagar in India. By creating an account or using Sahayak, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What Sahayak does

Sahayak helps you draft LinkedIn and X posts with AI, using content frameworks you choose. It writes drafts; it doesn't post anything on your behalf.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Give accurate details and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Don't share an account or resell access to it.

Your content and the AI's drafts

• You own what you put in (topics, notes, context) and the drafts generated for you.
• You let us store and process that content only to run the service for you (see the Privacy Policy).
• AI drafts can contain mistakes or statements that aren't accurate. Review and edit every draft before you publish it. You're responsible for what you post.
• We don't promise any particular reach, engagement or result from your posts.
• Sahayak isn't affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn or X.

Acceptable use

Don't use Sahayak to:

• create content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, harassing or misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• impersonate someone or post spam;
• scrape the service, automate requests, or try to get around plan limits, security or bot checks;
• interfere with the service or other users.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Plans and payments

• The free plan includes a limited number of posts each month.
• Pro is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. Pricing, cancellation and refunds are explained in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Pro is for one person's own regular use. If usage looks unusually heavy or automated, we may limit it and will contact you; genuine needs can usually be accommodated.

Changes and availability

We keep improving Sahayak and may add, change or remove features. We aim to keep it available but can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you before the change applies; continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.

Liability

Sahayak is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Closing your account

You can stop using Sahayak at any time; cancel Pro first so you aren't charged again. To delete your account and data, email us (see the Privacy Policy).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
