Refund & Cancellation Policy

What you pay

₹99 for your first month, then ₹249/month. Cancel anytime.

• The ₹99 first month is available once per account. If you subscribe again later, Pro is ₹249/month from the start.
• Pro renews automatically every month until you cancel. Prices are in Indian rupees.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay using the card or UPI AutoPay mandate you approve at checkout. Before each automatic charge, Razorpay or your bank notifies you.
• The free plan (5 posts a month) never charges you.

Cancelling

• Cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription → Cancel subscription. No email or call needed.
• You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that your account moves to the free plan and you are not charged again.
• If you cancel during the ₹99 first month, the ₹249 charge never happens.
• Your posts stay in your account after cancelling.

Refunds

Because you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period, payments are generally not refunded, including for partly used months. We do refund a charge in full when:

• you were charged twice for the same period,
• you were charged after you had cancelled, or
• a fault on our side stopped you from using Pro for that period.

To ask for a refund, email kush@postsahayak.com within 7 days of the charge, from your account email, with the date and amount (or the Razorpay payment ID). Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; banks usually take 5–7 working days to show them.

Price changes

If the Pro price changes, we will tell you by email at least 7 days before it applies to your next renewal, so you can cancel first if you prefer.
