Who we are

Sahayak (https://postsahayak.com) is run by Kush Bhatnagar in India. This policy explains what we collect when you use Sahayak, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address, and your name and profile photo if you sign in with Google.
• Your content: the topics, notes and context you enter, the drafts generated for you, and your edits.
• Usage: how many posts you generate, your plan, and technical details such as AI token counts and timestamps.
• Payments: if you subscribe, Razorpay handles your card or UPI details; we never see or store them. We receive and keep payment and subscription IDs, amounts and status.
• Messages: what you send us through the contact form or email.
• Product analytics and cookies: cookies that keep you logged in, and product analytics about how you use the app (for example, which framework you pick and when you copy a draft), linked to your account and email.

Why we use it

• to run the service: generate your drafts, save them, and apply your plan;
• to process payments and manage your subscription;
• to keep the service secure and stop abuse (for example, bot checks at signup and login);
• to understand which features help and improve the product;
• to reply when you contact us.

We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Services that process data for us

• Anthropic (AI model): your topic, notes and context are sent to generate each draft.
• Supabase (database and login) and Vercel (hosting).
• Razorpay (payments).
• PostHog (product analytics).
• Resend (delivers contact-form messages to us).
• Cloudflare Turnstile (bot check on signup and login) and Google (if you sign in with Google).

Some of these providers may store or process data outside India.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and content while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account and content within 30 days, except payment records we must keep by law.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

• give you a copy of your data,
• correct it,
• delete your account and data, or
• stop processing it where you gave consent.

Email kush@postsahayak.com from your account email; we reply within 30 days. This is also where to raise any complaint about how we handle your data.

Children

Sahayak is for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you before the change applies.
